1. Who is responsible for your data
APX is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us. The contact channel for any matter related to this notice is the e-mail address indicated in section 6.
2. This site does not collect data on its own
It is worth stating this first, because it is the most frequent question and, in our case, the answer is short: apx-mx.com does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools, does not load third-party scripts and has no forms that send information to any server. You can browse the entire site without any record of your visit remaining in our possession.
The calculator and the conversational agent run entirely within your browser. Nothing you type there is transmitted to APX: the agent only prepares an e-mail message that you decide whether to send or discard.
3. What data we collect and how
We collect personal data in only one way: when you write to us, whether by e-mail or through the message prepared by the site's agent. In that case, we receive the data you have chosen to include, which is usually:
- First and last name
- E-mail address and, where applicable, telephone number
- Your company's name and your position
- A description of the operational challenge you wish to solve
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset-related data, through this site.
4. What we use this data for
The purposes necessary to serve you are:
- Responding to your request and getting in touch with you
- Scheduling and conducting the assessment of your operation
- Preparing and presenting a proposal of services to you
- Following up on the business relationship and complying with the contractual and tax obligations arising from it
The additional purpose, which is not necessary to serve you, is to inform you about new APX services. If you do not want us to use your data for the latter, reply with the word «baja» (“unsubscribe”) at any time and we will stop doing so, without this affecting the handling of your request.
5. With whom we share your data
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, nor do we sell it.
Your data resides in the e-mail services we use to operate, which act as infrastructure providers and not as recipients of a transfer. Data will be disclosed to a competent authority only when there is a duly founded and reasoned request in accordance with the law.
6. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify any that are inaccurate, to request their Cancellation and to Object to our using them for specific purposes. You may also revoke any consent you have given us.
To exercise any of these rights, write to marianol (at) clhacienda.com stating:
- Your name and a means by which we can communicate our response to you
- A copy of an official identification document proving your identity
- A clear description of the data regarding which you are exercising the right and what you would like us to do with it
We will respond within twenty business days following receipt of your request, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law. If your request is granted, it will take effect within fifteen business days after our response. The procedure is free of charge.
7. How to limit the use of your data
In addition to the rights above, you may ask us at any time to stop contacting you by writing to the same e-mail address. We will honor your request without requiring you to prove your identity, since it only involves our ceasing to write to you.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may be amended to reflect changes in our services or in applicable legislation. Any new version will be published at this same address (apx-mx.com/privacidad.html) with its date of update. We suggest that you review it periodically. If the change is substantial, we will notify you through the most recent means of contact you have provided to us.
9. Authority
If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales, INAI), at home.inai.org.mx.
This notice is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (Lineamientos del Aviso de Privacidad).
