1. What these terms govern

These terms govern the use of the apx-mx.com website and all of its content. By browsing it, you accept what is described herein. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use it.

These terms are not a services contract. The provision of services by APX is always formalized in a separate contract, signed by the parties, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines and consideration. Nothing published on this site replaces that document or creates any obligation to provide any service.

2. Who operates this site

This site is operated by APX. The contact channel is the e-mail address indicated at the end of this document.

3. The demonstrations on this site are simulated

To put it plainly: the animated windows that illustrate how our systems work display fictitious data, created to explain the type of work we do. Company names, amounts, conversations, reference numbers and indicators shown in those windows are illustrative.

They do not correspond to the actual operations of any client or to confidential information of third parties. Any resemblance to a real company is coincidental.

4. The calculator provides an estimate, not a verified figure

The calculation tool published on this site runs entirely within your browser and produces a result based on the assumptions you yourself enter. We do not know your operation, we do not validate the data you enter and we do not store any of it.

The result is an indicative estimate. It does not constitute an expert opinion, an audit, a promise of savings or a basis for making investment decisions. The actual figure for any operation can only be established through an assessment carried out on that specific operation.

5. Informational content, not a binding offer

The information published on the site, including descriptions of our capabilities and references to completed work, is for informational purposes. It does not constitute a firm commercial offer or a guarantee of results. The results of each project depend on the client's operation, systems and participation.

We may modify, suspend or remove any content from the site at any time and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The APX name, its symbol, the site design, the texts and the code are the property of the responsible party identified in section 2, or are used with the corresponding authorization. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The trademarks and trade names of our clients that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with their authorization, for the sole purpose of identifying the business relationship. Their presence does not imply that those owners endorse any additional content on this site.

7. Permitted use

You may view, print and share the site's content for informational purposes. The following is not permitted:

• Extracting content by automated means for reuse or republication
• Altering, decompiling or attempting to compromise the operation of the site
• Presenting the content as your own or as that of a third party
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose

8. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the site available and its content accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made on the basis of the information published herein, including the calculator's estimate.

9. Links to third-party sites

Where the site links to third-party pages, it does so for your reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy notice, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or to applicable legislation. The version in force will always be the one published at apx-mx.com/terminos.html, with its date of update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.
